History of The Hispanic Solution:
Census 2000 became a wakeup call to many corporations as it revealed the true magnitude of the Hispanic Population in America.
It was then that entrepreneurs Ed Gumucio and Ramon Cisneros envisioned the need for assisting businesses wanting to attract Hispanic customers and employees. Gumucio took his background in management and corporate training and began helping companies bridge language and cultural barriers through customized training programs offered by his company Hablemos.
Cisneros, on the other hand, applied his expertise in marketing and advertisement to create Millennium Marketing. His company’s goal was to guide customers, who were interested in targeting the Hispanic Market effectively, through the utilization of unique marketing techniques which appealed to the cultural and linguistic preferences of this fast growing demographic. To properly deliver advertising campaigns, Cisneros developed a multimedia communications division consisting of La Campana Newspaper, Salud Hispana Magazine, and their On Line and Social Media resources.
It wasn’t long before both entrepreneurs began to cross paths and soon started referring customers to one another.
They quickly understood the many ways how their companies complemented each other and the benefits that would result from merging their expertise and creating what is today The Hispanic Solution.
